Excellence
We approach our work with utmost care and sweat every detail. We won’t settle for delivering anything less than an experience or service our customers absolutely love.
Now learn why we do what we do—and the people who make it possible.
When Happy Jack Software started in 2004, more and more traditional companies were realizing that to compete and grow in a digital world, they must look, think, and act like software companies themselves. But their core business was not software development, integration, or IT operations, and they needed help. They realized that they could not build world-class software capabilities overnight by just bolting software onto their existing business without a leadership team with a strong understanding of software business models and technology.
Our founder, Mona Gamboa, who spent the mid 1990’s developing a successful software company, deeply understands the difficulty of this challenge, and after her software company was acquired, she decided to use her experience to help businesses make this transition.
The shift to the digital workplace has only accelerated and gotten more complex. The increasingly fast pace at which new technologies (AI, machine learning, 3rd party integrations, etc.), methodologies, and tools are emerging is overwhelming.
Thus, Happy Jack Software was born. Our “why” is to provide services that allow businesses to focus on their core technologies while helping them develop their digital roadmap.
