IT Support Specialist Needed! Join our team and be a key player in supporting our customers and testing and documenting our software releases.

 

Job Type:

 

Part-time with an upgrade to full-time.

 

Here’s what you’ll do:

 

  • Provide Technical Support: Answer phone calls directly from customers and provide technical support to end-users (software only).
  • Write and execute test plans: Test new features and execute test plans.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve: Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently.
  • Document: Document solutions and assist with IT documentation, including diagrams.
  • Contribute: To the overall success of our IT solutions.
