Administrative Assistant Needed! We are seeking a part-time, highly organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team! If you have strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, we encourage you to apply. 

 

Job Type:

 

Part time with your choice of 4 hours a day.  Can progress to full-time.

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

 

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle general office tasks such as: prepare reports, generate invoices, collect mail, banking, create presentations, and maintain contact lists.
  • Communication: Manage incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Organization: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including filing and record-keeping.
  • Supply Management: Order and track office supplies.
  • Data Entry: Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks. 

 

To be successful in this role, you should have:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in an office environment is a plus
