Happy Jack Software was contracted in 2024 to develop a web-based solution designed to help faith-based and other non-profit organizations provide their patrons with a free will generation service. The service allows organizations to brand the will generation form with their name and encourage patrons to include a bequest to support their mission. 

The project aimed to create a polished version of the beta version of the system with an improved user experience, aligning it with competitor products while introducing unique features in an AWS serverless environment. The enhanced system allows a group of non-profits to use the service through sponsorships by supporting organizations.

Administrators have access to manage sponsors, organizations, and designations, upload data, and view general submission statistics. Organizations can customize their profiles, view their reports, and manage notifications for bequest activity. Each participating organization receives a unique subdomain URL to share with members, donors, and employees.

Each module was carefully designed, with documented specifications shared for client review and feedback prior to implementation. The user interface employs standardized CSS for a polished and consistent look across devices, supporting a modern and professional user experience. 

The end result is a streamlined, secure, and user-friendly platform for non-profits to engage their patrons while supporting their fundraising efforts.
